Could've been amazing........but wasn't.....So sad
People couldn't sit still, a constant trail of 'fans' leaving there seats getting there seats and on and on. Right in front of me, a vendor was dealing with another 'clueless' fan and transacting some sort of food purchase as the show was going. Event staff person finally waived him off. This was the wrong venue, the 60yard long Cowboy video board alone lite up the stadium, too bright. Not enough focus on the orchestra. Why were they even there? I don't know. I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY EVEN CAME! Too much focus on Star Wars clips. They should have geared it to the power of the orchestra, the differences in sound that each instrument makes to the mood of the music piece. IT COULD'VE BEEN amazing on those grounds. Anne Wilson was great, but I wonder if she herself was distracted by the utterly constant movement of people. Cowboy stadium just SWALLOWED up this setup, too big for even this big show. Only that kept it worthwhile. I tried my best to focus on the orchestra and found the motive for my wanting to come see it. OH YEA, I was walking stopped turned around and watched this very tall man with this escort come out of the elevator, YES IT WAS, Peter Mayhew, Chewbacca himself as just a guest, I think I was the only one that recognized him, didn't say hi, he seemed too want to be just a regular guy. The bright spot was flashes of early concept art and such. I could go on about the letdown based on those other points. Very quickly, people in and people out during the show. That's how it was.
